Best of Panettone

For the second time in 2017, Agrimontana organized in Paris an event in honor of Panettone. After the Demo conducted by Fabrizio Donatone, Pastry World Champion 2015, at the Ferrandi School on May 23-24, Agrimontana returned to the French capital on November 6 to value and pay homage to this Italian pastry tradition product, excellent and complex: Panettone.

During this evening there was a sumptuous tasting of the different Panettones prepared by five renowned Italian pastry chefs: Andrea Tortora, Luigi Biasetto, Fabrizio Donatone, Alfonso Pepe and Salvatore de Riso.
