White peach puréeWhite peach purée, variety: Whilitelady and Imerio (Spain and France). Fruit purée without preservatives, flavourings, gelling agents, or thickeners. Contains only 10% added sugar. The light pasteurization allows it to be stored even at a temperature of 18-20 °C.

Suggested uses: for gelato, sorbetto, jelly, cream and macarons.
